Thank you for visiting the Rouge Runners' website. Rouge Runners is a kids running program of the AC Lewis YMCA in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our desire is to expose kids ages 14 and under to the sport of running by providing a continuing series of events for which kids can train and prepare, and begin learning the lessons that we pick up each time we compete.

Above all, please help us with our work to stress health and happy running. We want children to improve their level of fitness by training between runs with their families. If the kids can see they've improved their time from race to race, they'll be what the YMCA is working towards: STRONG KIDS.
